Buckley recognized by Am Law’s A-List

The American Lawyer’s annual A-List ranked Buckley LLP among the “best of the best law firms” for high achievement in a variety of financial and cultural indicators: Revenue per lawyer, pro bono work, associate satisfaction, racial diversity, and gender diversity among the partnership. Buckley was one of 20 law firms to make the list.

“Our overall and long-term success is a function of our culture, where all of these things are important,” Buckley Managing Partner Benjamin B. Klubes said in an American Lawyer article accompanying the list’s release. “Becoming a well-rounded firm isn’t about leadership handing down directives. Rather, it requires having a broad consensus about firm values.”

American Lawyer said firms must be strong in all five categories to merit ranking. It cited Buckley’s improvement in three categories, and said the firm’s associate satisfaction was particularly noteworthy.
