BuckleySandler Webinar - 2016: The Year in Review and the Outlook for 2017
- February 23, 2017
- 12:00 - 1:00 pm
As we move into 2017, now is a good time reflect on the important developments in Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering (BSA/AML) and sanctions compliance in 2016, and how they will impact the year ahead. Our first webinar of the year will focus on those developments, including the Financial Action Task Force Mutual Evaluation and its implications for U.S. financial institutions, the Customer Due Diligence/Beneficial Ownership rule, de-risking, and major enforcement actions that will help define expectations for BSA/AML compliance by U.S.-based financial institutions. Our panelists will discuss the issues that financial crimes compliance professionals must be prepared to address in 2017.
Join us for a discussion of these important developments and the practical steps that financial institutions need to take now to meet the challenges ahead.
