Antonio J. Reynolds is a counsel in BuckleySandler’s Washington, DC, office within the firm’s white collar and litigation practices. Mr. Reynolds represents leading financial services companies and other major corporations, as well as their officers and directors, in a variety of civil and criminal enforcement matters at both state and federal levels.
Prior to joining BuckleySandler, Mr. Reynolds served as a federal prosecutor with the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Maryland, where he prosecuted a wide range of federal crimes in the United States District Court for the District of Maryland and in the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
Before joining the United States Attorney’s Office, Mr. Reynolds was an associate at an Am Law 100 firm in Washington, DC, where he represented financial institutions, corporations, and corporate executives in high-profile, complex investigations conducted by the SEC, the DOJ, state attorneys general, the United States Congress, and numerous foreign governmental entities. His practice focused on complex commercial litigation and appellate litigation, including private class action suits primarily in the securities and antitrust contexts. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Reynolds served as a law clerk to the Honorable Margaret B. Seymour in the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina.
Mr. Reynolds received his J.D. from Harvard University in 2004 and his B.A. from Duke University in 2001.
