Seminar summary: Cyberattacks are a growing risk for financial institutions of all sizes. What is the liability for financial institutions when a customer suffers a hacking incident, and the bank complies with fraudulent orders? What if the bank’s system is hacked? What should be the standard for risk management that would minimize liability?

The faculty, experts from federal and state law enforcement, cyber investigations and response, and client representation in the aftermath of cyber incidents, will discuss:
