Buckley Sandler Webcast: Getting Ready for the CFPB's New Mortgage Disclosure Rule
The CFPB announced that, in October 2013, it will issue its long-awaited final rule combining the Good Faith Estimate and HUD-1 with the mortgage disclosures under the Truth in Lending Act. This rule will require lenders, settlement agents, and service providers to make extensive changes to their systems and compliance programs. Although some questions cannot be answered until the rule comes out, this webcast will cover the key issues and discuss what you can do to start preparing now.
