Ben Olson Quoted in Wall Street Journal's Washington Wire

Ben Olson was quoted in Alan Zibel's article, "Consumer Regulator Starts to Flex Its Muscles" in the Wall Street Journal's Washington Wire blog.

The bureau, less than three years into its existence, has largely moved past political and legal challenges to its mandate and has put in place many of the rules the 2010 Dodd-Frank law required it undertake, including a set of mortgage-lending rules mandated by the law. “The bureau now has the opportunity to chart its own course,” said Ben Olson, a former top CFPB rule-writer now with law firm Buckley Sandler LLP, which represents financial firms.
