Buckley Sandler Announces 2014 Promotions

WASHINGTON, DC--(Jan 8, 2014) -  Buckley Sandler LLP, a leading financial services and criminal & civil enforcement defense law firm, announced today that Heidi M. Bauer and Bradley A. Marcus, all resident in the firm's Washington, DC office, have been promoted to Counsel, effective January 1, 2014.

In addition, the firm announced that Kathryn R. Goodman (Washington, DC office) and Christopher Kushmider (New York offiice) were promoted from Regulatory Attorneys to Associates.

These promotions follow the May 2013 promotions of Michelle L. Rogers and Andrew R. Louis to Partner.

Buckley Sandler's newly promoted Counsel:

Heidi Bauer received her J.D. from The American University Washington College of Law in 2005 (cum laude), where she was a member of the American University International Law Review. She received her B.A. from Miami University in 2002.

Bradley A. Marcus received his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2006 (summa cum laude, commencement speaker, Heuisler Honor Society, Law Faculty Award and Associate Comments Editor, University of Baltimore Law Review), where he graduated first in his class. He received his B.A. in journalism from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2001.
