Derrick Dyer is a Regulatory Attorney in the Washington, D.C., office of Buckley Sandler LLP. Mr. Dyer assists clients in the financial services industry, primarily in litigation, regulatory, and compliance matters. He provides litigation support and assists with large-scale document reviews and productions related to complex litigation.
Prior to joining Buckley Sandler, Mr. Dyer worked in private practice focused on bankruptcy law in Washington, D.C. Following law school, he clerked for the Honorable Robert D. Martin in the United States Bankruptcy Court of the Western District of Wisconsin.
Mr. Dyer received his J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law in 1994. During law school, he was a member of the Iowa Law Review. He received his B.A. from the University of California at Irvine in 1990.
