Eric J. Chang is an Associate in the Washington, DC office of Buckley Sandler LLP. Mr. Chang represents financial services industry clients in a wide range of government enforcement and litigation matters.

During law school, Mr. Chang held internships with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s (CFPB) Office of Enforcement, Fannie Mae’s Office of the General Counsel, and the Securities and Exchange Commission’s (SEC) Division of Enforcement.

Mr. Chang received his J.D. from The George Washington University Law School (cum laude). He served as Editor-in-Chief for The George Washington Business and Finance Law Review and as an Associate Editor on the Article Selection Committee for The George Washington University International Law Review. He received his B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.
