Helen M. Chen is a Regulatory Attorney in the Washington, DC office of Buckley Sandler LLP. Ms. Chen assists clients with a variety of government enforcement and litigation matters, with a particular focus on consumer finance and white collar issues, as well as general corporate and transactional matters, including due diligences and outsourcing, non-disclosure, credit facility, and other agreements.
Ms. Chen received her J.D. from American University in 2015 (cum laude). During law school she interned for the Honorable Laura A. Cordero in the District of Columbia Superior Court, was a law clerk at Buckley Sandler LLP, and was senior staff for the American University International Law Review. She received her B.A. from Tufts University in 2012 (cum laude).
