John M. Hendele IV is an Associate in the New York office of Buckley Sandler LLP. Mr. Hendele represents corporate and individual clients in a variety of litigation and enforcement matters, including complex civil litigation and government enforcement matters. He is experienced with all phases of the litigation process on both plaintiff-side and defendant-side representations.
Before joining Buckley Sandler, Mr. Hendele was an Associate at a New York litigation boutique, where he focused on commercial litigation with emphasis on breach of contract, fraud, and financial investor-related matters. He was also previously an Associate at Winston & Strawn LLP, where his representations included Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) matters.
Mr. Hendele received his J.D. from the George Washington School of Law in 2007 (magna cum laude). During law school he served on staff for The Public Contract Law Journal. He received his B.A. from Colgate University in 2003 (cum laude).
