Ken F. Alcé is an Associate in the Washington, DC office of Buckley Sandler LLP. Mr. Alcé represents financial services industry clients in a wide range of corporate and transactional matters.

Prior to joining Buckley Sandler, Mr. Alcé was an Associate at an Am Law 100 firm, where his practice focused on general corporate matters with an emphasis on domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance issues for public and private companies, and federal and state securities law compliance.

Mr. Alcé graduated from Georgetown University Law Center with his J.D. in 2010, where he was a Keller Scholar, and his LL.M. in Securities and Financial Regulation in 2011 (with distinction). During law school, he served as Executive Assistant Editor for the Georgetown Journal of Law and Modern Critical Race Perspectives, as well as competed in Barristers Council. He also interned at the Securities and Exchange Commission. He received his B.A. from Florida International University in 2006.
