Richard DiSalvo advises Buckley Sandler LLP on its risk management efforts and other firm matters. Based in Washington, D.C., he brings more than 30 years of legal experience in financial services and other industries to his role as Associate General Counsel.
Prior to joining Buckley Sandler, Mr. DiSalvo served American Express Company as a group domestic and international Counsel and Vice President-Government-Affairs. He was also the Vice President and General Counsel of global technology and energy companies Dominion Semiconductor LLC and Toshiba America Nuclear Energy Corporation. Mr. DiSalvo also served as Counsel at Buckley Kolar LLP, where he focused on credit card matters, and served a number of years as a legislative assistant in the U.S. House of Representatives.
Mr. DiSalvo received a J.D. from Georgetown University (cum laude), where he was an editor of The Georgetown Law Journal, and his B.A. from Williams College (cum laude).
