Stephanie H. Schlatter is a Regulatory Attorney in the Washington, DC office of Buckley Sandler LLP. Ms. Schlatter assists clients in the financial services industry, primarily in litigation, regulatory, and compliance matters. She provides litigation support and assists with large-scale document reviews and productions related to complex litigation.
Ms. Schlatter serves as the firm's Pro Bono Coordinator. In this capacity, she communicates pro bono opportunities, policies, and procedures, tracks cases, performs outreach to legal service providers, plans orientations and trainings, and oversees the program's publicity and volunteer recognition.
Ms. Schlatter is currently in her third term as the Board Chair for the DC Lawyer Chapter of the American Constitution Society. She oversees the chapter’s monthly events, including arranging guest speakers, networking events, outreach to area law schools, and the Constitution in the Classroom program. Ms. Schlatter previously served as the committee chair for the Constitution in the Classroom committee, overseeing the training and scheduling of over 75 volunteer attorneys and their placement to teach a class on constitutional law in the DC Public Schools.
Ms. Schlatter received her J.D. from Western New England College School of Law in 2007, her M.Ed. from George Mason University in 1997 and her B.A. from Jacksonville State University in 1993.
