Langley Perry is a Licensing Attorney* in the Washington, D.C., office of Buckley Sandler LLP. Mr. Perry’s practice focuses on a variety of federal and state regulatory needs of financial services companies, including mortgage companies, consumer lenders, and money services businesses.
Prior to joining Buckley Sandler, Mr. Perry was an Associate Counsel with a compliance consulting firm, where he oversaw nationwide state money transmitter license acquisition projects, and worked on Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering (BSA/AML) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) compliance program reviews and development, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) program development, and Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) compliance.
Mr. Perry received his J.D. from the University of South Carolina in 2012, where he was a member of the Order of the Barristers of the Moot Court Bar. He received his B.S. from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2008.
