The Washington Post names Buckley Sandler a Top Workplace for fourth consecutive year

WASHINGTON, DC (June 27, 2018) – Buckley Sandler was named a Top Workplace by The Washington Post for the fourth consecutive year — making it one of only 19 companies to achieve such an honor. The recognition is based on employee-feedback surveys that measure workplace culture and professional development opportunities.

Buckley Sandler was one of 150 companies recognized as a Top Workplace, and was one of only seven law firms to make the list this year. Buckley Sandler employees who participated in the survey praised the firm’s values and beliefs, open-minded environment, and diverse culture.

“We are honored to receive this award for the fourth consecutive year, particularly because the recognition is based on confidential, candid responses from our employees,” said Co-Managing Partner John P. Kromer. “Our firm remains committed to the ongoing process of building an inclusive and supportive culture that fosters the teamwork, creativity, and collegiality that has consistently generated exceptional service for our clients.”

Over the years, Buckley Sandler has consistently been recognized for its employee satisfaction and a culture promoting diversity and inclusion. The firm has achieved perfect scores on the Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index, and has repeatedly been named as one of the “Best Law Firms to Work For” by Vault.

With more than 150 lawyers in Washington, D.C., Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, Chicago, and London, Buckley Sandler LLP offers premier enforcement, litigation, compliance, regulatory, and transactional services to financial services institutions and early stage and leading fintech and technology companies, as well as venture capital and private equity funds, investment companies, and corporate and individual clients throughout the world. "The best at what they do in the country." (Chambers USA)
