Buckley Sandler LLP is a limited liability partnership organized under the laws of the District of Columbia and has offices in Washington, DC, Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, Chicago, and London ( “Buckley Sandler” or “we”, “our”, “us”).
Information may be shared by and between Buckley Sandler in the USA and in the UK. Buckley Sandler is the data controller in relation to the processing of information in the context of our London office for the purposes of the UK Data Protection Act 1998.
Information We Collect
The Site does not collect personally identifiable information about you unless you expressly provide such information, such as your name, physical address, and email address, to us on a voluntary basis; for example, when subscribing to our electronic newsletter, InfoBytes or requesting more information to be sent to you about Buckley Sandler. We may also add the information you expressly provide to our databases, subscriber lists, or contact lists.
